Roppenheim The Style Outlets will contain roughly a hundred well-known services and brand outlet stores open all year round, with medium to up-market brands offering products from their previous collections at prices at least 30% lower than those available through traditional retail channels. Many French national and international brands have already expressed interest in setting up stores in this innovative project.

The only one of its kind, Roppenheim The Style Outlets is located 40 km north of Strasbourg. It will be designed as a traditional Alsatian village occupying a sales area of more than 23,000 m² with around 1,700 parking spaces. It will be easily accessible from the A35 motorway in France and the A5 in Germany. The centre will be completed with a 40,000 m² landscaped area including a lake, a brasserie and cafés.
